Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract, without having to provide a reason for your decision.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you) took physical possession of the last item.

Effects of withdrawal:

  • In the event of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received , excluding delivery costs , no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and ready for resale.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer .
